New CarryMap Builder 7

We are happy to announce that the new CarryMap Builder 7 is available for download. The new version introduces enhancements to improve software stability and performance and some changes in the existing functionality.

What is new in the CarryMap Builder 7:

1. Support for ArcGIS Pro 3
   
   The new CarryMap Builder 7 can be installed and used with the new ArcGIS Pro 3.x versions. If you work with ArcGIS Pro 2.8–2.9, you can use the previous CarryMap Builder 6.0 version.
   
   
   
2. Customize extraction properties for multiple layer
   
   New option to select multiple layers when customizing layers’ properties has been added. This is especially useful if during the map preparation it is necessary to specify the same properties for all or selected layers.
   
   
   
3. Export to GeoPackage by polygon layer features

   Now you can create multiple GeoPackage files from one ArcGIS dataset. Select the polygon layer that will be used for setting separation boundaries of the input features (separate GeoPackage file will be created for each polygon) and run the tool.
   
   

4. Grouping identification templates
   
   Now setting properties of the feature identification card has become easier! Add your identification templates to separate groups or create the new template group.
   
   

5. CMF2 maps merging order
   
   When merging multiple CMF2 maps it is now possible to set their adding order, which allows you to correctly configure rendering of the general map. 
   
   
   Other changes
   

   • Added option to extract ArcGIS Utility Network layers into CMF2 maps (available for ArcGIS Pro users of CarryMap Builder).
   • Minor bug fixes and enhancements.
